Hello everyone,
Welcome to Annularis Forum!
I'm serhack, lead developer of Annularis, I'm writing these posts in order to update you about development progress.

Development update: First Week
I started to look at code in June, VespCo contacted me for a "challenge": upgrading CodeIgniter framework from 3.0.0-dev to 3.1.5

First of all, I've tried to install BitWasp without modification by me; results? A lot of bugs: sql query missed, urls sometimes return error like "Missed a semicolon ;"

After some "hacky-fix", I have rewrote the system directory where codeigniter is located. Codeigniter worked well but I had another problem: theme engine isn't compatible with last version of framework... I've spent like 5 hours in order to understand if I can fix the compatibility of framework.

The alternative is rewrite every views and use the parser engine: it should be an nice alternative!

In this month, I will rename Bitwasp to Annularis and I will complete the upgrading!
